I'm a fully qualified and insured integrative health practitioner.
I offer a range of bespoke, nourishing treatments that cater to your individual needs.
I began life as a florist and after a wonderful 32 year love affair with flowers I began to evolve.
I had a strong calling to study holistic therapy and integrative health.
From holding women's circles, sound baths & retreats I have been honoured to help people on their personal journeys.
And will continue to do so with my exciting new offerings.

I had my first treatment with Jo, and I honestly can't recommend her Indian head massage enough. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely relaxed and looked after. The whole experience was so calming, and all the tension I'd been holding in my head, neck and shoulders just melted away.

I left feeling lighter, refreshed, and with such a wonderful sense of calm that stayed with me long afterwards. It's amazing how much of a difference just one treatment can make.
