Sole to soul foot treatment

Have your senses delighted with this gorgeous treatment.
You will enter my calm room that’s cozy, warm and candlelit. After laying on my heated bed with warm towels we will gently connect to the breath as you give yourself permission to relax.
I start with a deep double cleanse of the foot, exfoliation, warming mask. Then onto a gorgeous massage with pressure points.
Switching temperatures & pressure makes this treatment a delight for your senses.
Your feet will have had the love and care they truly deserve in the most restful way.
A not to be missed treatment either as a stand alone treat or added onto another offering.

I'm a fully qualified and insured integrative health practitioner.
I offer a range of bespoke, nourishing treatments that cater to your individual needs.
I began life as a florist and after a wonderful 32 year love affair with flowers I began to evolve.
I had a strong calling to study holistic therapy and integrative health.
From holding women's circles, sound baths & retreats I have been honoured to help people on their personal journeys.
And will continue to do so with my exciting new offerings.

As always, the most beautiful 90 minute treatment was carried out by Jo. I arrived feeling stressed, frazzled and sick being in my first trimester of pregnancy and left feeling like I was on cloud 9 and all my troubles had melted away.
Jo tailored my massage treatment package to suit my needs and I felt welcome, safe and held from the moment I stepped through the door.
The treatment space is just gorgeous.

I was keen to have a treatment off Jo as I’d heard wonderful things about her treatments and how she delivers them, however I’m a new mum so was anxious about being away from my baby so soon but Jo told me that it was ok to bring my baby with me as she offers treatments designed for mums. So I booked in for an Indian head massage and I was able to enjoy the treatment with my baby lay right there on my chest.
This was an amazing experience, the massage was gorgeous and so relaxing and it was comforting being able to have my baby there with me. Jo was very reassuring and told me she would work around how the baby was as babies can be unpredictable, but he seemed to enjoy the calming experience just as much as me 🥰

Treated myself to the September reset recently and chose the sole to soul treatment along with the back, neck and shoulder massage.
Jo started with the Sole to Soul foot treatment - amazing . It was so relaxing and my feet felt so soft and much better afterwards.
